يحمل تاريخ ميلادي عدداً صفرياً
قديماً ... كان يعجبني هذا الصفر ، حينما كنت اعد أعوام عمري ما بين أصابعي العشرة
كانت سهلة العملية الحسابية ... جعلها الصفر سهلة
حين تدق الساعة الثانية عشرة ذلك اليوم ايذاناً بالعام جديد
نضيف بطبيعة الحال عــام علي تركيبة أعداد العام السابق
عملية حسابية بسيطة منطقية ،و بإضاقة العدد العشري الناتج
علي العدد الصفري الكائن في تاريخ ميلادي احصل علي أعوام عمري
87 ... سبعة أعوام
88 ... ثمانية أعوام
89 ... تسعة أعوام
... و لكن حين احتجت أصابع أخرى ، اقلقني الصفر القابـع
تعقدت العملية الحسابية
! احتاج إضافة أعداد أخري أحادية
و كل عام استعير أصابـع إضافية
هذا العام زادت الأصابع مرة أخري .. استخدمت أصابع كثيرة .. أصابعي .. أصابع أختي .. و نصف عدد أصابع أحد أصدقائي ... فقد أعلن هذا العام أنه قد مضي ربع قرن من الزمان
! أدركت الأن ... وجود هذا الصفر كان لحكمة ما

I was eager to catch that 12 o'clock unique moment..
Call?!
Didn't figure out whom exactly I wanted to call to greet that special moment.
Mom? Dad? probably sitting by the TV, my ex-gf? never scratch such memories, a friend? mostly intoxicated!
kept thinking of someone to call, never find out why I insist to call someone on such a moment..
oh! my mobile is ringing, woops, it's my boss, I'm late for the 12:30 meeting.. (yes a meeting after midnight!)
at last I figured out that I've missed that moment by half an hour, 30 whole minutes, trying to catch a number to call! silly me!
4 days later, I was shocked with ur words, it's quarter of a whole century..
my God, am I that old!
I do feel that cold outside those clothes convering my past.
I think I'm getting shorter! shorter hair, shorter legs, n shorter periods to get disoriented..

by the way, I didn't know we're of the same age, n u r getting married, wow, I'll start searching for a shorter wife..

Gasser, didn't I tell you we really didn't know each others! Here is a nother surprise we are same age.
Since we are same age, you have the Same ZERO that caused the century quarter :) But I wanna tell you that maybe this will be the Turning Point Year ... Who Knows ?! It's my wish.
